Foundation History

1998 - Mark Johnson goes on Peace Corps mission in Haiti and his life changes forever.

2001 - Angel donation from GlobalCom funds outreach for west Africa division.

2005 - Operation Honduras grows to feeding more than 50,000 children in a single year and raises more than $2.5 million from non-corporate donors.

2011 - Mark Johnson recognized as one of the top humanitarians in the nation. Operation Honduras grows to more than 7,500 volunteers in 17 countries worldwide.

Working in the Peace Corps was supposed to be a short-term commitment, but it became a life-long journey. I'm so fortunate to be able to impact the lives of others, all while partnering with some of the most passionate and driven philanthropists on the globe.
